Design/Consultation
- We will meet with you either in person with appropriate distancing and mask or on the phone with no personal contact to discuss your Christmas display needs.
- We need your Christmas display dream so we can convert it into a plan so it can be fulfilled.
- We will need photos of your house from the front and sides. These will be used to give you an accurate depiction of what your display will look like. We can take these ourselves, use online source like google or you can furnish them.
- We will use these photos to put your ideas into a design. We will also use these photos or measurements taken in person to price your display. These will be presented to you for your approval.
Lighting Installation
- Upon your approval and a deposit of 50%, your job will be scheduled on our installation calendar.
- On installation day our trained and insured installers will install your display. The next day after you have had a chance to view your display and found no issues, or after any issues have been fixed we will bill you for final 50%.
Maintenance/Repairs
- We will be available within 48-hour notice to repair or replace any issues that may arise.
Removal & Storage
- During the month of January your display will be removed, and we will store the display for installation the next year.
